Whole Person Care learning collaborative faculty member.

Elena was one of the faculty members of the 2020 Samueli and FMEC Integrative Health Learning Collaborative. Published articles on the project are found in the Journal of the American Board of Family Medicine, “Implementing Whole Person Primary Care: Results from a Year-Long Collaborative” and Annals of Family Medicine, “Implementing Whole Person Primary Care.”

Elena planned and facilitated the 2024-25 FMEC Learning Collaborative to support Family Medicine residencies in implementing whole person care. Participants received Practice Improvement credits.

As part of the learning collaboratives, Elena facilitated large group and small group sessions, provided one-on-one consultations with participants, and created learning resources and presentations.
